The Core Forge is a complete 3-6 month core routine designed to sculpt and strengthen your core. Complete with videos and detailed exercise information. Workouts are designed to forge the core you have always wanted. Core Forge workouts should be done before or after your regular workout routine or on separate days between regular workout routine. Core Forge workouts are to be performed 2-4 times a week with 1-3 days of rest in-between workouts depending on soreness and rate of recovery.
